Human Resource Executive

**Job description**- Report duty to Manager/HOD**Recruitment**- To conduct recruitment activity based on request and direction from management- To make sure 'OJT' is given to the new intake**Industrial relation and dicipline**- To plan for Domestic Inquiry case court when needed- To study or conduct investigation if needed- To issue memo DI to panels and defendant- To become prosecutor for the case**Staff Confirmation/Promotion**- To issue list of confirmation staff based on date hire- To issue performance appraisal to HOD before meeting- To prepare personal file- To prepare for interview if necessary**Events/Activity/Meetings**- To propose budget for refreshment (MRM, Break Fasting, Annual Dinner) for approval by MDTo help in preparation for the event/meetings- To help in execute all other human resource activity To update record for Management Review Meeting (MRM) every 3 months performanceand to present to the management- To represent Manager is liase with inter department activity or issue if required- To oversee all related issue at all branches and hightlight to the management**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Company car- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Holidays- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Signing bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
