Human Resource Executive

Responsible to handle full spectrum of HR matters.- Implement staff welfare, training, development plans and company activity.- Perform checking on staff attendance, monthly staff claim and Overtime claim.- To maintain & update the employee personal files, HR records, Company policies and directives.- Prepare Memo, employment letter, resignation acceptance letter and other relevant letters.- Update internal database (e.g.: annual leave, sick record and etc).- Complying to ISO 9001 QMS requirement.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
