Job Description Assist in handling full spectrum of HR recruitment functions  Assist in payroll calculation and process coordination, preparing for payroll reports. Managing monthly statutory payments as well as declaration government portals. (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS, HRDF, ZAKAT, PTPTN & CP204) To establish and maintain company's and employee's documents/records safely and confidentially while religiously updating the master database of each employee. Assist in maintaining the company's and employee's welfare through proactive suggestions, implementations, development of positive company culture, constant engagement and effective communication. Assist in planning the training and development programmes include developing performance development plans, organize training, prepare training materials, monitor and evaluates trainee's progress and development. To perform all HR related ad-hoc duties from time to time or as per assigned. Job Requirements At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or its equivalent.Experience in Payroll is a must.Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a HR Generalist role.Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures with all levels of people.Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Required skills: Microsoft Office and Excel.
