Are you a passionate HR professional with a drive to make an impact in a dynamic F&B environment? We're looking for a committedHuman Resources Senior Executiveto lead and grow with us.
Your Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment and termination processes end-to-end.
Manage performance evaluations, KPIs, promotions, and employee incentives.
Conduct impactful and engaging employee orientations.
Handle disciplinary issues in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Address employee inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
Assist in administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as required.
What We're Looking For
3–4 years of experience in a similar role (F&B industry experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
A team-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility.
Availability to work in the Taman Sri Serdang, Seri Kembangan area.
