Job Description:As a Human Resource Executive, you can explore the professional Human Resource cycle and management skills to support the growing business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
People Strategy and HR processes/procedures:Monitor and control the compliance of company HR policies, rules & regulations by employees.
Develop mechanisms, systems, and procedures implementation.Develop Human Capital:To develop and build team capability for supporting continuous organizational growth.
To identify potential talent for career development.Manage Compensation & Benefit for staff:Facilitate employee Performance Management System to improve productivity and engagement.
Ensure everyone works happily with good compensation & benefits.Grow employees' knowledge base and improve their job skills to become more effective in the workplace.
Be a key member in LBL University program to produce and duplicate future talent.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:At least 3 years of working experience in Human Resources, preferably from a logistics/transportation environment.
A recognized Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any other business-related studies.Communication Skills:Strong communication in Mandarin (preferably but not compulsory), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.Professional Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Independent with good problem-solving skills.
Effective organizational, stress, and time management skills.
