Human Resource Executive (Payroll)

About the roleWe are seeking a talented Human Resource Executive (Payroll) to join our team.
This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing the company's payroll and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
Process payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and tax withholding.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
Manage employee personal data and time management systems through Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Maintain detailed records of payroll and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll and benefits-related inquiries.
Execute new hire employee registration with statutory bodies such as SOCSO, EPF, and IRB.
Be responsible for all Human Resource activities within the company.
Focal point for HR policies regarding Working Hours, Punctuality, and Attendance.
Responsible for generating HR letters related to payroll matters.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Experience with the BOSS system is an extra advantage.
Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, payroll regulations, and best practices.
Proficient in using payroll software and HR information systems.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
