Job Responsibilities:
Support HR payroll activities, such as maintaining employees' attendance records, processing leaves, claims and commission information.Preparation of year-end payroll, tax reporting and annual forms.As a point of contact for request related to payroll computation.HR improvement for processes and workflows.optimizing HR processes, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness. Data analyzing and reporting, for improvement recommendation.
