You are expected to manage and perform the end-to-end human resource and administrative related operations of the Company. This role requires a candidate who is service-focused, self-driven and eager to grow. We are looking for talent who has strong ownership and is able to execute tasks assigned timely.
Payroll Management:
Perform the monthly payroll cycle for all outlet staff, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries.
Accurately record relevant allowances, deductions, and over-time claims with proper supporting documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements in all payroll activities.
Resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Staff Records Maintenance:
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date staff records and documentation in accordance with internal policies and mandatory statutory requirements.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all employee information.
Regularly update and audit employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Source and filter potential candidates according to the company's hiring plan.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and other pre-employment assessments.
Follow through on the offering process upon confirmation of hiring by the hiring manager.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Administrative Management:
Manage and maintain all office-related administrative tasks, including but not limited to the office documentation system, office stationery, printing system, and other administrative duties.
Ensure the office environment is organized, efficient, and conducive to productivity.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and services.
Employee Relations:
Address and resolve employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions to enhance employee engagement and development.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, providing guidance to management and staff as needed.
Conduct regular reviews of HR policies to ensure they remain current and effective.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular HR reports and analysis to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction, to identify trends and areas for improvement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
1 - 3 years of experience in HR or a related role, working experience in QSR / F&B brand is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
