DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all HRDC-related processes as a training provider and ensure compliance with current guidelines and requirements. Register, prepare and submit relevant documentation of training programmes to HRDC, ensuring all submissions meet the required criteria. Liaise with corporate clients, trainers, and HRDC to ensure smooth execution of training programs. Act as the key point of contact for HRDC, ensuring all communications and documentation are accurate and up-to-date. Manage and facilitate claims processing for clients in accordance with HRDC standards. Maintain and update records in the Etris system and other HRDC-related platforms. Monitor and manage HRDC funding approvals, claims status, and progress tracking. Assist in scheduling and organizing training programs. Provide administrative support to trainers and clients during training program execution. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of working experience in a training company, specifically handling HRDC-related processes.Experience working with HRDC Etris system as a training provider.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with corporate clients, trainers, and HRDC personnel.Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple programs and processes.Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure compliance with HRDC requirements.At HELP University, we believe that our strength lies in the diversity of our team.
