Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or related fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Years of experience: 0 - 3 years.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the staff contract period frequently.
Manage documentation such as offer letters, job descriptions, HR reviews, and attendance staff analysis.
Manage internal relations and staff performance improvement plans.
Document employee performance evaluations.
Handle acceptance of resignations and exit interview documentation.
Perform other administration job functions such as restocking, maintenance reports, and event management.
