We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an HR Intern.
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and talent management.Successful interns may have the opportunity to convert to permanent staff based on performance.

Internship period must be minimum of 6 to 12 months.
Currently enrolled in a full-time degree programme, with a CGPA of 3.2 and above
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
A strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Actively involved in extracurricular activities, showcasing leadership, teamwork, or initiative
A keen interest in HR, with a desire to gain hands-on experience in a service industry environment
Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn and grow professionally
Must possess own transport and a valid driving license
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:Assist with job postings, resume screening, candidate scheduling, and interview coordination.
Help prepare onboarding materials and support the smooth integration of new hires.
HR Administration:Assist with updating employee records, preparing HR documentation, and maintaining HR databases and files.
Employee Engagement:Help with organizing employee engagement activities and events, and assist with employee surveys or feedback sessions.
Training & Development:Support the HR team in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives for employees.
Compliance & Reporting:Assist with tracking HR metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
General HR Support:Provide day-to-day support to HR team members in various HR-related tasks, including administrative support, research, and process improvement projects.
