(5-minute walk from Asia Jaya LRT station) Job Description  To provide administrative support for all HR-related matters, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.To assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and handling necessary documentation.To support compensation and benefits processes such as verifying staff claims and maintaining accurate employment records.To perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.To ensure the completeness and accuracy of all new hire documentation, including employment forms and contact information. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Available for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
