The position will report to the Director of Operations and is responsible for developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of Recruitment, payroll, succession planning, talent management, change management, personnel performance management, training, development and compensation.The position is asked to deliver strategic value by analyzing, developing and executing Human Resource strategy in collaboration with, and with accountability to, the executive management team.- A good understanding of contemporary HR management, including the relevant legislation and policies and the ability to provide high-level advice.- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in complex and sensitive environments.- Well-developed problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to find solutions and deliver excellent customer service.- Ensure Payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner.- Review payroll policies and amend procedures when required.- Propose, manage and review the overall expatriate management process and exercise.- Prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports.- Monitor and strictly adhere to Human Resources' operating standards, procedures, rules and regulations.- Conduct training and orientation to all employees about Human Resources' operating standards, procedures, rules and regulations, where necessary.- Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and other statutory requirements.- Demonstrated ability to drive and implement change to enhance HR service delivery.**Job Requirements**- Experience with HR tools and recruiting software.- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.- Team player.- Good time-management skills.- 8+ years' experience in HR function(s) with strong working knowledge of all critical functional areas such as Payroll, recruiting, employee relations, performance management and compensation and benefits**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Saturday (Half Day)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 6 years (preferred)**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)License/Certification:- Car License (preferred)Expected Start Date: 08/01/2023
