Human Resource Manager

Job Responsibility Process & submit monthly payroll Manage employee leave (MC, Unpaid Leave etc) Create & Implement HR programs and policies Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Create and implement effective onboarding plans Assist in developing and implementing employee training and development programs Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
