Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of the company's personnel, labor and general affairs.
Establish and implement human resource management methods and optimize the company's personnel and employment system.
Responsible for the management of the company's employee appraisal system.
Responsible for the training (HRDF) of the skills and quality of the company's employees.
Responsible for the work arrangement and transfer of the company's employees in suitable positions and implement the recruitment of personnel in shortage positions.
Responsible for the establishment and implementation of the company's incentive system and promote effective communication within the company.
Responsible for the development, improvement and update of the department's centralized procedure documents and corresponding work instruction.
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring employees comply with Safety & Health requirements by DOSH/DOE.
Responsible to handle any insurance/SOCSO claim for any case of industrial accident/external accident for foreign workers/Local employees.
Responsible for payroll administration, processing, checking and verifying payroll, and timely submission to Finance Dept for them to submit to HQ.
Responsible for providing the corresponding management review inputs.
Qualification & Experience:
Preferably a degree holder in business administration, laws, or human resources.
