Lead and manage the daily operations of the Human Resources (HR) department.
Oversee the company's recruitment activities, including manpower planning, interview management, job advertisements, and communication across various media channels.
Plan and conduct new employee orientations, promoting a positive attitude towards company goals.
Drive the employee performance review process, collaborating with managers to create development and succession plans to enhance team capabilities.
Analyze organizational capabilities and work closely with managers to develop effective structures and ways of working that align with business needs.
Manage the company's compensation program, including annual salary reviews, bonus payments, incentive programs, and payroll administration.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll and staff claims in accordance with company policies.
Provide guidance on salary structures, external pay practices, and market benchmarking.
Administer employee benefit programs, including insurance, leave management, and employee assistance programs.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports requested by management and regulatory bodies.
Develop and manage the HR operational budget.
Work closely with managers to assess employee training needs and conduct an annual analysis to determine training priorities.
Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, continually improving HR systems and processes.
Identify legal requirements, government regulations, and industry best practices in HR, talent management, and employment law.
Handle employee discipline and termination in accordance with company policies.
Conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons for employee separations.
Execute other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager role in the Human Resources department.
Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
