Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMWorking Days: Saturday - ThursdayLocation: Lot 8062, PM 73, Guntong Bandar Satelit Islam Pasir Tumboh, 16150 Kota Bharu Kelantan.- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent.- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.- Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and align with organizational goals.- Provide guidance to managers on setting performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and addressing performance issues.- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.- Implement initiatives to support career growth and succession planning.- Support career development through mentoring and coaching.- Develop and update HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes.- Communicate policies and SOPs to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances.- Promote a culture of open communication and inclusivity.- Collaborate with management to resolve employee-related issues and maintain a positive work environment.- Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the cosmetics industry.- Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark salary and benefit packages.- Administer payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift
