Human Resource Manager (Utar Hospital)

**Job Descriptions**:- Oversee all aspects of Human Resource functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations- Plan and compile yearly budget for staff related expenses including manpower, salary, training, employee hostel, uniforms, employee recreation activities etc.- Compile and coordinate with heads of department on employee's performance evaluation for performance management- Develop, implement and review HR Policies & procedures, employee handbook and communication of the policies to staff of the Hospital- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, labour law, regulations and statutory requirements- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and related statutory bodies requirements- Minimum 5 years of working experience in healthcare setting- Preferably with experience in handling healthcare HRM system**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobs**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 5 years (preferred)
