Human Resource Officer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Daily update attendance, OT, payroll, leave of employee and statutory payment submission, maintain medical utilization records.- Handle company vehicles' insurance and road tax renewal.- Assisting in performance management processes including staff performance counselling and updating employment confirmation.- Managing and delivering the day-to-day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks.- To perform any others duties as instructed by the Management from time to time.- Monitor and control over all matters pertaining to Administration operations.- Liaison with statutory government and private agencies pertaining to the renewal Company's licenses, work permit and etc.- To keep and maintain an up-to-date HR database, including each employee's Personal File, Salary Movement, Letters etc.- Support any ad-hoc tasks, duties.**REQUIREMENT**- Minimum diploma holder in Human Resource or related- Good knowledge in Employment Act- Able to work with minimum supervision, positive attitude- **Required Language :Mandarin & English & Malay****BENEFITS**- Friendly Teammates- Annual Dinner- 5 days Work- Opportunities for promotion- Medical Insurance- Free Parking**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Bukit Minyak: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human resources: 4 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)
