Job Responsibilities:Understanding and analyzing job requirements
Identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels - databases, social media
Creating a detailed job description and posting it on relevant job boards
Screening and shortlisting potential candidates
Scheduling and conducting interviews
Providing regular feedback to both clients and candidates regarding the status of the recruitment process
Building and maintaining client relationships through continuous follow-up and client management
Requirements:Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or relevant field.
1 year proven track record in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR functions.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication (with fluent English) and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful, motivated, result-oriented individuals.
Able to work independently as well as a team player.
