Human Resource Safety Health Manager

Job Responsibilities:- Drivers Contract & documentations upkeep- Monitoring Employees attendance & disciplinary issues- Handles New Drivers and New Employees Orientation- Develop programs for recruitment, interviewing, and selecting employees based on skills required- Assist new staff in orientation and training sessions, biometric registration & bank account opening.- Keeping employees records updated & maintain good filing system- Champion and handle all Safety Related matters.- Other ad hoc tasks related to HR & Safety**Requirements**:- Minimum 5 years experience in HR- Minimum 2 years experience in handling Safety Related Matters- Able to handle stress**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Expected pay?- When will you be available to work?**Experience**:- Human Resources: 5 years (required)
