About the roleThis is a full-time hybrid position based in Kuala Lumpur with a Regional Medical Device distributor. Dyamed Biotech has operations in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. As the Human Resource Senior Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resource functions and initiatives for the organisation in the region. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in driving the company's talent management and employee engagement efforts.
What you'll be doing
Work with management to develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and align with the company's objectives
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as compensation, benefits, and workforce planning
Lead and oversee the company's talent acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains top talent
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement and build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture
Work and coordinate with Management on the employee onboarding, lifecycle and annual training
Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, make informed decisions, and continuously improve HR processes and programmes
Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Ensure the company's compliance to employment laws in the different countries.
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a HR generalist role, preferably with regional exposure
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management principles in the region.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation
Proficient in HR Systems, HR data analysis and HR Reporting
Demonstrated success in implementing HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and organisational effectiveness
Proven track record in managing the full employee lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
