Job Responsibilities:Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Design and execute employee training and development programs.
Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts or issues.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
Administer compensation and payroll programs, ensuring accurate payroll processing.
Oversee and manage employee wellness and safety programs.
Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
Negotiate and manage labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and enhance HR processes.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Manage and supervise HR department staff.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Preferably at least 4 years of related working experience.
Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
