As we expand into Malaysia, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Specialist/Manager to join our team to drive talent acquisition, enhance employee engagement, and support our growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and RecruitmentDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.Employee Relations and EngagementFoster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts.
Organize team-building activities and wellness programs.Policy Development and ComplianceDevelop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
Ensure the company adheres to all statutory HR requirements in Malaysia.Performance ManagementImplement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Collaborate with managers to create development plans for employees.Compensation and BenefitsManage payroll and employee benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures.Training and DevelopmentIdentify training needs and organize professional development programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.HR Metrics and ReportingMaintain accurate employee records.
Generate regular HR reports and provide insights to management.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR specialist, HR manager, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Malaysia.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
