Job Description:
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation, transfers, and maintaining accurate employee records. Manage attendance and leave tracking systems.
Handle job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
Organize onboarding and job-specific training for new hires, and implement career development plans to enhance employee skills and growth.
Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely salary payments and manage employee benefits programs. Resolve any compensation-related issues.
Address employee inquiries and concerns, while organizing corporate culture activities to foster engagement and a sense of belonging.
Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and suggest improvements to HR processes.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years in HR management, ideally within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Proficient in all HR functions including recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations. Solid knowledge of national and local labor laws and regulations.
Strong communication and coordination skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective problem-solving skills to handle HR matters independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and HR management systems.
High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and ethical standards. Team player who works well under pressure.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (BM) for effective communication.#J-18808-Ljbffr
