Human Resource - Talent Acquisition Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

While prior experience is not mandatory, it will be considered an added advantage, especially for those with a background in in-house mass hiring.
Job Description:Responsibilities:Shortlist profiles and arrange interviews.
Conduct telephonic or personal interviews and share reports with Business Units.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet recruitment needs.
Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate.
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, accurately recording all resourcing activities on the HR information system.
Work closely with various business partners to meet recruitment needs.
Advise business partners on market conditions and negotiate realistic expectations to close open positions.
Work with dynamic team members in a fast-moving environment.
Complete day-to-day tasks within normal work hours, with occasional extended hours as needed.
Job Requirements:SPM or higher education.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Energetic, proactive, and adaptable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
