**Responsibilities**:- Effectively manages the Human Resources Department, ensuring compliance with local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.- Maintain and update files on employee record, legal documents, labour relations and other HR matters, confidentially and efficiently.- Prepare and submit regular reports for Management's use such as termination reports, new hires, turnover reports, absenteeism, sick leave, salary survey, etc.- Create, promote and maintain a positive working atmosphere within the hotel that allows communication, which ensures positive morale amongst all employees.- Ensure new employees attend the Hotel's orientation program in accordance with the Hotel's guidelines within the employee's probationary period.- Regularly analyze manpower requirements and recommend actions to meet requirements.- Counsels all employees in areas of career related issues, handle employee grievances, misconduct, discipline, development and employee advancement, etc.- Investigates and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labour laws, hotel rules & regulations.- Participate and prepare Domestic Inquiry as required.- Analyze training needs, provide and/or conduct training to all management and rank & file employees, and provide regular recorded training records for all employees.**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resource or a related discipline.- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experiences.- Positive attitude.- Good communication skill and people oriented.- Good analytical and problem-solving skill.- Good organization and analytical skill.- Ability to work under pressure
