Take charge for monthly payroll closing, statutory payment within payout target and complete proper filling for the monthly transactions diligently.
Assist HR activities during off payroll cycle such as recruitment process, probation performance management, P Filing, teaching permit keeping, letters and etc.
Assist to coordinate and do preparation required for the delivery of training/workshops and maintain training documents of employees.
Able to provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested.
Familiar with ISO 9001 HR compliance and policies.
Maintain employee benefit administration such as leave records, insurance, medical and related.
General human resources and administration matters.
Manage employees' fringe benefits – birthday, new born, and grievance.
Able to work independently in daily HR operations.
Performing other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authorities of the College.
Requirements:
Able to handle payroll cycle independently.
Knowledge about Timesoft is an added advantage.
Well versedabout HR functions and compliances in ISO.
Able to start work immediately.
