Human Resources & Admin Executive

Job Description: Ensure timely processing of payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF & etc; Maintain and update employee daily attendance and leave management; Responsible for employee's recruitment, appraisal, confirmation, compensation & etc; Maintain and ensure implementation of proper policies, employee's handbook, working procedure and other rules and regulation; Able to handle Private and Confidential matters and issues, eg personal information, staffs insurance and well maintain employees' file and data; Maintain record of company properties, such as company car, laptop, arrange renewal of road tax and vehicle insurance; To provide administration and operation duties to the department which includes correspondence, time management, filing and upkeep of office equipment;  Assist Managing Director in any assigned task; and Other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
