Handle job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and the preparation of new employee documentation, including conducting onboarding sessions.
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records, including leave and attendance management.
Assist in payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits programs.
Coordinate performance appraisals and identify training needs to organize relevant programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while addressing employee grievances and managing disciplinary actions.
Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and repair operations, ensuring the workplace remains clean, organized, and functional.
Foster and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services.
Maintain and organize both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring proper documentation and archival procedures.
Prepare and review project documentation and award submission documents, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet submission requirements and effectively highlight company achievements.
Any additional responsibilities/tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR and administrative roles.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and office management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication in a multicultural environment.
