About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Human Resources and Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at Dora Mill Online Trading Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will provide critical support to our HR and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of our operations based in Puchong, Selangor.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to maintaining personnel records
Providing administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling general inquiries
Coordinating employee-related activities, such as training programs, team events, and performance reviews
Maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Providing support with payroll processing and benefits administration
Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects
Performing other administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR or administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
