Human Resources Assistant

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Assist in recruitment process i.e.
posting job advertisement, screening for short-listing, arranging interview, employment contracts etc.
Assist monthly payroll administration tasks including OT & driver trip calculation, ensuring timely payroll completion.
Handle foreign worker administration duties i.e.
update foreign worker master listing, arrangement for FOMEMA medical check-up, passport, working permit renewal etc.
Maintain records of employee attendance and leave applications.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties as guided.
Working Hours:Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
