We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team and support the full spectrum of HR functions. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert to line managers and play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, learning and organisation development, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, HR policies and compliance, as well as HR data analysis.
Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop innovative recruitment strategies, lead the recruitment process, conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and handle new employee onboarding including orientation and paperwork.
- Learning & Organisation Development: Identify training needs, facilitate workshops, coordinate training programs, and support employee development initiatives. Provide guidance in the performance management process, facilitate change management, and support leadership development programs.
- Industrial Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between parties.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, support payroll processing, and assist in salary administration.
- Employee Engagement: Organise employee engagement activities, conduct focus group discussion, lead employee engagement survey and recognition programs.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws. Ensure organisational compliance and handle HR related administrative tasks.
- Analyse HR data, make recommendations and prepare relevant reports.
