Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate these into effective HR strategies. Provide insights and recommendations on HR initiatives to drive business performance. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the skincare industry. Involve in recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and high-quality candidate pool. Coordinate the performance appraisal process and review appraisal results to identify strengths, and areas for improvement across the organization. Advise managers on effective performance management techniques and tools. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality throughout the process. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine appropriate disciplinary measures that compliance with local labour laws and regulations. Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the business. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5-7 years of HR experience in a similar role, with a focus on industrial relations, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management within a diverse workforce. In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a commitment to fairness and equity. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
