Human Resources Executive

**URGENT HIRING**- Male / Female- Recruit, Interview, Hire and Train new staff.- Manage HR Operations of the company (Letters, Contracts etc.)- To manage employee complaints, labor disputes and assisting superior in other requirements and arrangements in human resources.- Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.- Advise Management on HR-related matters.- To assist in drafting and maintaining departmental SOPs.- Manage recruitment processes including local and foreigner.- Generate attendance and payroll related reports for internal and external submission.- Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal and government reporting requirements.
