Responsibilities: In charge of recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks for potential candidates. Support all HR and payroll-related activities, such as maintaining employee's attendance records and processing leaves and claims information. Onboard new employee by facilitating orientation programs and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork. Manage employee records and maintain an accurate HR database.Assist in the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs.Handling all employee training arrangement and Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) application.Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies and assist to liaise with all relevant government agencies.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the HR Manager and Head of Department from time to time.Requirements: Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa MalaysiaBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.2 to 3 years of work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labour laws.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.People oriented and good interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.High degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
