Responsible for the job recruitment process including job advertising, screening resumes, and interview arrangement.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process.
Perform monthly payroll, attendance, leave management, and prepare submission of statutory contributions of KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, and HRDF.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assist in drafting, revising, and disseminating HR documents, policies, and procedures.
Prepare HR-related reports and assist in HR audits.
To perform any other assignments as delegated by Management from time to time.
Requirement:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in HR or related fields.
Familiarity with Sarawak labour law and statutory guidelines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin (is an added advantage).
Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
