Other Responsibilities:Any adhoc tasks from time to time
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
HR experience in recruitment and employee relations.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Good communication and organization skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle sensitive information.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
