Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy, Compliance & GovernanceOversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, aligning them with the company's objectives.
Develop and implementStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)for all departments to ensure consistency, efficiency, and clarity in operations.
Ensure compliance with Malaysia's legal and statutory requirements, including labor laws and employment acts.
Ensure the company meetsISO standardsand maintains necessarylicenses, permits , and certifications to operate.
Drive initiatives for incorporation and business compliance, including liaising with regulatory bodies like SSM and managing business licenses.Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningLead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding top talents.
Strategize manpower planning and maintain updated organizational charts.
Conduct structured interviews, propose competitive compensation packages, and oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.Training & DevelopmentDevelop and execute aYearly Training Planto upskill employees across all departments.
ConductTraining Needs Assessments (TNA)and organize targeted training programs.
UtilizeHRDFto apply for training grants and claims to optimize budgets.
Maintain training records, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide ongoing support for staff development.Employee Engagement & RelationsFoster a vibrant workplace culture through regular team-building activities, welfare programs, and corporate events.
Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts, and handling grievances with professionalism.
Oversee the implementation and communication of employee benefits and incentive programs.Payroll, Benefits & CompensationEnsure accurate processing of payroll, overtime calculations, allowances, and benefits.
Regularly review the company's salary structure to align with industry standards and ensure fairness.
Maintain compliance with statutory reporting and audits related to employee statistics, EPF, SOCSO, and other benefits.Operational & Administrative ExcellenceOversee general office administration, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vehicle management.
Manage tenancy agreements, renewals of licenses, and procurement of necessary insurance coverage for the business.
Ensure smooth operations across departments by monitoring expenses, maintaining budgets, and enhancing operational workflows.
Guide managers and employees on HR best practices and compliance.
Spearhead ISO audits and ensure all processes adhere to ISO requirements.
Regularly update company policies, handbooks, contracts, and disciplinary documentation to reflect the latest standards.
Champion organizational growth by implementing innovative HR strategies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Requirements
Education:Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years in managerial HR roles; exposure to hospitality or service industries is a bonus.
Skills:Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, ISO standards, and Malaysia's legal requirements.
Expertise in SOP development, employee training, and payroll systems.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Attributes:A team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment.
