Responsibilities:To assist in leave management including key-in all types of leave in system, to monitor the utilization of leaves, distribution of monthly leaves summary.
To handle uniform matters including recording and distribution, deduction upon in-lieu notice, etc.
To handle first-aid box matters including ordering & distribution, periodical auditing and to ensure it is in align with local authorities' requirement.
To ensure and perform periodical stock check on stationery.
To issue medical chit for employees and arrangement related with request to visit panel doctor.
To assist in employees' attendance management including download punching/scanning data, checking and monitoring daily attendance, etc.
To assist in handling departing employees by ensure all company's belonging being returned not later than the last working day of the departing employees.
To assist in foreign workers affairs including medical check-up arrangement, bank account matters, etc.
To coordinate the training needs for every department.
To in-charge of departmental filling and documentations system.
To ensure all practice is in align with quality system requirements.
Requirements:Fresh graduate in any disciplines or equivalent.
Good in personality, strong in communication and meticulous.
Good in organizing and set priority.
Honest, integrity and passionate.
