**Job description**:**a) Payroll administration**- Assist in monthly payroll administration to ensure salary payment is on time and accurate.- Assist in monitoring attendance record and process.- Assist in handling administration matters, eg: preparing HR contracts and letters- Assist in preparing monthly reports, eg: journal tax report, general lodge report, fund requisition worksheet, labour cost report etc.- Handling leave management to ensure all processes and records are updated timely and accurately.**b) Performance Management**- Oversee employee performance reviews, evaluate, measure, enhance and improve employee performance- Conduct skills assessments to evaluate and identify current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors.- Understand, track and improve the key performance indicators (KPIs)- Provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement.- Set clear performance expectations.- Promote ongoing communication with employees.**c) Industrial & Employee Relations (IR & ER)**- Investigate and resolve disciplinary and grievance issues.- Facilitate effective communication channels.- Offer guidance on labor relations and labor law compliance.- Lead industrial court dispute resolution.- Communicate and create awareness of disciplinary policies and processes at the workplace**Job requirements**:- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in managing full payroll administration, IR/ER related matters and performance management- Experience in construction industry is an added advantage.- Meticulous, responsible person and have strong sense of urgency.- Must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.**Benefits**:- Staggered working hours- Daily lunch meal provided- MBPJ Parking covered- Uniform provided- Corporate Sim Card provided- Outpatient claims- Optical subsidy**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal provided- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime payApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience working in construction industry?- How much is your min expected salary?- Do you have experience in handling full payroll administration?
