Your responsibilities as the Human Resources Executive will include but not limited to: Facilitate and manage staff movement processes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication between all parties involved.
Coordinate and work closely with stakeholders and external parties to manage internship placement and other related programs associated with the higher education institution(s).
Assist and handling employees' corrective matters, documentations in a fair, timely, and confidential manner in compliance with company policies.
Manage the transition process, including exit interviews, offboarding formalities, and knowledge transfer.
Support in HR related data entry into HR systems, maintain accurate employee records, produce relevant HR reports, and support compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Assist and contribute to employee services such as respond to inquiries, provide employment certification letter, etc.
Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders and relevant parties to ensure all statutory compliances, Employment Act 1955 compliance, etc.
Support other HR roles and functions as per required such as preparing payroll documentation and engagement activity.
Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.
Candidate must have the following requirement: Tertiary educations in HR Management or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years working experiences as HR Generalist from retail industry is a plus.
Strong in both verbal & non-verbal communication skills.
Good business writing skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Good time management skills and deadline sensitive.
