Human Resources Executive

Company Background: We are representing a well-known trading company in Puchong.
As they are expanding, they are looking for Account Executive to join their team.
Job Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, resume screening, scheduling interviews and job offer.  Help in monthly payroll and process OT calculation and claims and also statutory contribution such as EPF SOSCO EIS.  Identify and provide the suitable training and development programs to the employees based on their needs and career growth.  Conduct performance appraisal and performance management to make sure the performance of the employees can help the company to achieve its goals and objectives.  Maintain and update employee records for payroll, compensation and compliance purposes.  Manage the employees compensation and benefits packages.  Stay updated with the latest human resource policies and procedures.
Job Requirements: Minimum with Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resource field Have experience in recruitment and payroll.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Able to communicate in Mandarin and English due to business nature.
