Developing job descriptions, preparing job advertising, performing full lifecycle of recruiting activities including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, e.g., candidate evaluation.
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Ensure job positions are filled within budget.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree, any field.
Proven experience as a recruitment executive or in a similar role, preferably from agency background.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for candidates as the role involves interactions with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Result-oriented person.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to start immediately/in short notice period is an added advantage.
