Human Resources Executive (Talent Acquisition)

To manage and oversee the entire recruitment and retention process, including to review job advertisements, to screen and select CV, to conduct interview and background check to provide on boarding, orientation and trainings to new joiners and to involve in staff retention process.- Ensure the headcount gaps/vacancies are fulfilled within stipulated time frame.- Handle On-Boarding process.- Create & maintain database record up to date.- Upkeep employees' personal files in database & E-folder and maintain employee records.- Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Requirement:- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin Speaking parties)- High initiative and eagerness to learn, fast learner, detail-oriented, and organised.- Ability to connect well with all levels of personnel and act as a bridge between employer and employee.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
