????: -??:?????????????,??????,????????,???????,?????????????????????,??????,???????????- ???????:????????????????,???????????,?????????? -??:??????????????,???????????????????,?????????????????????????????,????????????- ??????:??????????????????????, ????????,????????????????????????? Key Responsibilities:-Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new employees.-Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining open communication channels.-Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and support employee development.-HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local labour laws and company policies, maintain accurate HR records, and handle confidential information with discretion.-Training and Development: Identify training needs, organise training sessions, and support career development programs for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.-HR Administration: Assist in payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.   ????:-?????????????????/?????-2-5???????????,??????????-???????????????????-?????????????-??????????????-???????,?????-?????????????-????,?????????????-???????Qualifications:-Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.-Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the retail sector.-Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.-Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.-Positive attitude, proactive, independent, and highly motivated individual.-Able to Join Immediately
