Job Scopes: Manage the recruitment and selection of staff.Plan and conduct new employees orientation.Identify, manage training & development needs for employees.Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.Administer HR policies and procedures.Administer compensation and benefits.Ensure compensation & benefits are in line with company policies and legislation.Handle employee complaints, grievances & disputes.Administer employee discipline processes.Screening resumes & performing interviewsFinding the best candidatesConduct exit interviews.Qualifications: Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or any field related.Able to communicate in English & MalayAble to speak Mandarin is advantageHardworking, willing to learn & outgoing personRequired to have own transportation & driving licenseBenefit: Basic Salary: RM1,800 & above (Negotiable)Commissions & BonusIncentive $$$ given for good performanceExperience friendly working environment
