Human Resources Intern

Role Overview:As a People and Culture Intern you will be a vital part of our team, assisting with essential HR functions and helping to enhance the employee experience across the organization.Key Responsibilities:-Involve in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.-Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team, including managing employee files, entering data and assisting with reporting.-Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aimed at boosting employee engagement, satisfaction and well-being.-Collaborate closely with the People and Culture team to brainstorm and execute initiatives that  foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Other Responsibilities:-Support in regular monitoring of office supplies, amenities, and overall workplace conditions for maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming office environment.-Assist with planning and organizing events, including selecting venues, coordinating logistics and liaising with vendors.-Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution, from registration to post-event wrap-up. Qualifications:-Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.-Final year students.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and manage time well.-Proactive with a willingness to learn and take initiative.p/s: We're looking for a friendly go-getter who maintains a professional attitude.
