Human Resources Intern

-Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.


-Assist in the preparation and organization of HR documents, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.


-Update and maintain employee information in HR databases.


-Help with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling as needed.


-Assist in the coordination of new hire orientations (onboarding) and exit procedures (offboarding).


-Help organize employee engagement activities, meetings, and team events.


-Assist with employee benefits administration.

; Requirements:-   



-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


-Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.


-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workplace (Google Doc, Drive, Sheet).


-Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.


-Language – English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
