Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to be part of the innovative and passionate team that responsible to groom talents to their new height.

Responsibilities: - Conducting research and analysis on the latest LandD trend that contribute to enhance our service quality.
- Involve directly in assigned LandD project implementation to gain corporate exposure on employees' behaviour.
- Support in end-to-end processes of development programs organised for talent upskilling.
- Generate insightful and impactful education materials for corporate usage.
- To learn and be better in your professional development with us.
You will be supported by senior in the above and we aim to grow you too.
